Why in the winter do we all need to look at a blank and boring Hatch Shell?
Here is a crazy idea. Print a photo of the shell in all its summer glory and stick it over the blankness
There is a group of residents that this bridge removed.
I can be on board with that idea.
Here is another idea that will cost a fraction of demolition and reconfigureing the roads
Lets wrap the bridge.
